在对典型现代轿车制动力矩分配进行考察和分析的基础上,本文从整车和车轮在制动过程中受力分析出发,对制动器管道压力的设计、ECE13法则对前后轮制动器制动力矩的要求、轴间制动力分配的验证和分析等方面进行了较为系统的归纳和总结。通过实例分析表明,本文所述的方法较为实用合理,它为汽车产品设计以及有关部门采用有效的制动力矩分配设计方法、保证良好的汽车制动性能提供了一定的依据和参考。

In other words, the braking force ratio between front and rear wheels can be automatically regulated, and the braking force distribution is possible to approach to the axle—load distribution, therefore the brake steer of cars can be prevented and braking stability...

In this paper the operating characteristics of hydraulic inertia proportion valve, as well as the effect of nonlinear factor of the valve upon the characteristic curve are analysed. Finally some improving measures taken in production and development of the valves are presented.

汽车液压惯性比例阀主要用于现代轿车,它通过汽车制动时的惯性力可自动调节前、后制动轮缸的压力比,亦即自动调节前、后轮制动器的制动力之比,从而使制动力分配接近轴荷分配,以防止汽车制动甩尾现象,提高汽车的制动稳定性。本文分析了液压惯性比例阀的工作特性及非线性因素对阀特性曲线的影响,并介绍了在生产研制过程中所采取的改进措施。

In this paper the basic constituent in construction of modern passenger car bodies,and the fundamental requirements to be considered in designing and manufacturing body components are described. Then the new models of cars recently developed at home and abroad,as well as the achievements and status in weight reduction of body structures by way of substitution of aluminium structures for steel ones are introduced. Finally the tendency of evolution in passenger car bodies is discussed.

阐述了现代轿车车身结构的基本组成,以及在设计、制造车身结构件时应考虑的基本要求。介绍了近代国内、外新开发的车型,及在车身结构轻量化方面以铝材代替钢材取得的进展和使用情况,探讨了今后轿车车身的发展趋势。
