In stead of Counterweight evaluationsafter determining the influence coefficicient in uniqueplane balancing, themethod suggested determines the influence coefficent by applying the testingweights in multiple planes. In balancing process, the influence coefficient ismodified according to the variatien in vibration parameters measured. It isproved through experiments that the satisfactory results would be achievedafter no more than two times of influece coefficient modification and counterweightevaluation, thereby raising the balancing effect and reducing the starringtimes in balancing process, and consequently raisng substantially theecconomic benefit for the balancing of rotors of heavy steam turbines, etc.

本文提出的逐步迫近修正影响系数法是在目前普遍采用的将最小二乘法用于多平面,多转速的影响系数法的基础上提出来的。它改变了单面加重一次确定影响系数进行配重计算存在的配重误差较大的缺点,而是采用成组加重计算影响系数的方法,在平衡过程中,根据不断改变测量得振动参数的结果来修正影响系数。此法在实验台上试验结果证明,只要一、二次修正影响系数进行配重加重计算,就可得到令人满意的结果,从而提高了平衡效果,减少了平衡中的开车次数,这对大型汽轮机等转子的平衡将大大提高平衡经济效益。

The analysis method of the random error of position and orientationof the parallel robot arm is presented. The transmission matrices oferrors by using the influence coefficients are in unified forms. Therange of the error of the position and orientation of the hand isobtained using the probability.

In this paper,the factors influencing fatigue life of bellows were sfudiad and analysed by a statistical method.It is verified that the EJMA standard is suitable to the stress calculating of multi layer bellows the equivalent treatment of non axial dis placement and the affecting coefficient method of pressure stress.The effect of thermal treatment on fatigue life is not obvious.It is indicated that the same forecast formula is not suitable to be used...

运用统计学的方法对影响膨胀节疲劳寿命的因素进行了分析和研究,证实了EJMA标准对多层膨胀节的应力计算,对非轴向位移的当量化处理以及对压力应力的影响系数方法都是恰当的。热处理对疲劳寿命无显著影响。指出了单波和多波膨胀节采用同一个疲劳寿命预测公式是不恰当的。
