The resid fixed bed hydrotreating technology,including operating condition of HDS,action of bis-catalyst sys-tem,effect of catalyst loading way and character of three typical process flow diagrams(single-stage,doub-le-stage and double pass)were described all-sidedly.The main chemical reaction and H2 consumption in resid hydrotreating process was also discussed.Furthermore, a comparision between indirect-HDS and direct-HDS in the point of view of engineering technology was made.

结合渣油固定床加氢处理技术的发展,探讨了催化剂、原料油处理、单段与两段反应、单系列与双系列反应器、反应器结构及循环氢气与液体反应生成物的分离、反应及氢耗等问题。

The commercial application of a medium pressure hydrotreating technology with RT-1 catalyst was carried out in a 260 kt/yr hydrocracking unit in Daqing General Petrochemical Works. The single-stage and once-through processing scheme was adopted with Daqing LVGO as feedstock. The results indicated that superior quality feedstock for ethylene, -35℃ pour point diesel oil and No. 3 jet fuel can be produced. Notable benefit was obtained.

报道应用RT-1催化剂的中压加氢处理技术在大庆石油化工总厂26万t/a装置上的工业实践。采用单段单剂一次通过流程,加工大庆常压三线和减压一线混合油,可以生产优质乙烯原料和-35号低凝柴油或3号喷气燃料;其经济效益显著,年综合经济效益14000多万元,比原使用复合催化剂综合经济效益增加3000万元。
