Pushen-5 well is a deep gas exploration well, located in Puyang of Zhongyuan oil field, with a depth of 4750 meters. Drilling fluids used in different sections, and the maitenance measures of drilling fluid are presented.

This paper provides an overview on a series of feasible deep drilling related techniques,including deep drilling simulation technique,optimizing design technique,near-balanced drilling technique,bit selection technique,improving penetration rate by using downhole power drills tool,top drive system and MWD system technique,deep well drilling fluid technique etc.,and points out researching direction of future deep well drilling technology in China.

综述了国外近期深井钻井实践,探讨了深井钻井中深井钻井模拟技术、优化设计技术、近平衡钻井技术、钻头选型技术,应用井下动力钻具提高钻速技术,使用顶部驱动系统和随钻测量系统技术,深井钻井液技术和建立钻井分析及指挥中心等可行性技术,同时指出了我国深井钻井技术应开展的主要工作。

A complex ion copolymer, JHG , containing negative and positive ionic and nonionic group is synthesized by means of aqueous solution polymerization. Tests indicated that it is an effective filtrate reducer compatible with MMH drilling fluid. Other special points are good salt-resisting and calcium-resisting properties and suitable for using in a high temperature of at least 150℃. It could also be used in other drilling fluid systems such as salt or saturated brine drilling fluid and drilling fluid for deep well...

在室内合成了一种阴、阳、非复合离子型多元共聚物正电胶钻井液降滤失剂JHG。JHG的性能评价结果表明,JHG在淡水钻井液和正电胶钻井液中均具有很好的降滤失性能,与正电胶钻井液的配伍性能好,具有很好的抗盐、抗钙和抗温性能。当JHG加量为1.0%时,抗盐可达饱和,抗钙在2000 mg/L以上,抗温在150℃以上。JHG不仅能作为正电胶钻井液的降滤失剂,还可作为淡水钻井液、盐水(或饱和盐水)钻井液及深井钻井液的降滤失剂,具有较好的应用前景。
