The melanin was detected by its absorption at 470nm against the standard concentration curve. Results The complex prescription 3(for invigorating liver and kidney) had a strong potential to promote the proliferation and melanogenesis of B- 16 cell than complex prescription 1 (light sensitive drugs) or complex prescription 2 (for improvement of blood circulation), whereas complex prescription 1 was more stable in promoting tyrosinase activity among these remedies. Conclusion The remedies for invigorating of liver and kidney can not be neglected in vitiligo treatment.

目的 研究复方中药对小鼠 B- 16黑素瘤细胞株细胞增殖、黑素合成的影响,及其对细胞内酪氨酸酶的激活作用。方法 四甲基偶氮唑蓝 (MTT)比色法测定中药对细胞增殖的影响;酶学方法研究中药对酪氨酸酶活性的作用; 470 nm比色标准曲线法测定黑素含量。结果 研究发现复方 3号(补肝肾为主)促进黑素细胞增殖和色素合成的能力高于复方 1号(光敏感性药物)或复方 2号(活血化瘀),而酶激活能力复方 1号较为稳定。结论 在白癜风治疗中补肝肾类中药不可忽视。同时也说明影响黑素合成的因素是多方面的,可能不仅仅与酪氨酸酶活性有关。

Objective To explore the therapy for treating vitiligo. Methods 38 vitiligo cases were treated with TCM recipe combined with epidermis transplant. Results The total effective rate was 97.18% (survival rate), which was better than that treated only with epidermis transplant (P<0.01). After one to two years of follow-up, the pigmentation was decreasing , especially in the combined group. Conclusion TCM recipe combined with epidermis transplant was an effective therapy in treating vitiligo.

目的探讨白癜风治疗的有效方法。方法对38例患者使用中药白癜风冲剂配合自体表皮移植治疗。结果取得了97.18 %的总有效率 (成活率 ) ,明显高于单纯自体表皮移植对照组 (P<0.01) ,且色素在1月内恢复明显高于对照组 (P<0.01)。部分患者进行1~2年的随访 ,少数皮片的色素有消退趋势 ,但治疗组要好于对照组。结论该法是目前治疗白癜风较为理想的一种局部外治方法。

目的 :探讨烧伤后色素脱失的理想治疗方法。 方法 :利用微晶磨疤机磨除色素脱失部位 (白斑 )的表皮 ,放大 2 .5倍观察至出现均匀点状出血为止 ,再利用电动取皮机取下超薄刃厚皮移植于磨削创面 ,共治疗 8例患者 ,10处白斑。 结果 :10处白斑均重新着色。移植表皮与周围皮肤颜色配比良好 ,界限不明显 ,无皮片挛缩 ,随访3月~ 2 0月 ,无白斑复发现象 ,有 8处白斑术后获得极为满意效果。 结论 :通过带黑色素细胞的自体表皮移植从而间接实现黑色素细胞的移植 ,使白斑永久着色。我们认为这是一种理想的烧伤后色素脱失的治疗方法 ,也可应用于白癜风的治疗
