In this paper, a single Hopkinson pressure bar technique was used to measure dynamic loads applied to a plate specimen with two parallel edge cracks. The dynamic stress intensity factor for the specimen was calculated by means of finite element method, and an approximate method to evaluate the dynamic stress intensity factor is developed, where quasistatic calibration relation between stress intensity factor and strain near crack tip is used to determined the dynamic stress intensity factor. The results show that the two measuring methods are in good agreement for a steady crack when the waves that are reflected at the finite boundaries of the specimen do not affact the crack tip. The different failure modes are observed for Ti6Al4V alloy and 40Cr steel specimens under high loading rate....

采用Hopkinson单压杆技术对单边平行双裂缝试样进行高速剪切加载,用实测的试样加载面上的载荷p(t)结合有限元计算确定其动态应力强度因子。同时还发展了一种用实测的裂尖动态应变,通过在准静态下标定的裂尖应变与应力强度因子间的关系来确定动态应力强度因子的近似方法。实验结果表明,对于稳定裂纹在无边界反射应力波干扰的情况下,两种方法获得的动态应力强度因子吻合得相当好。对40Cr钢和Ti6Al4V钛合金两种材料的动态Ⅱ型断裂实验结果显示出两种完全不同的剪切破坏模式和机理。

Based on the observation and modeling of localized deformation and failure for rock with the shear failure mode, a new strength criterion is proposed. This criterion takes the characteristics of the non-homogeneous and localized failure of rock into account. It accounts for the size effect of rock in the shear failure mode.

在对剪切破坏模式下岩石的变形和破坏局部化观察和本构模拟分析的基础上,提出了一个新的强度准则。该准则考虑了岩石材料的不均匀性及破坏局部化特性,定量地描述了岩石强度的尺寸效应。

Equilibrium method including Bell solution and Hoek-Brown solution and characteristic method are the main methods to determine ultimate bearing capacity under shear failure with Hoek-Brown strength criterion. In order to compare the calculating result of characteristic method with equilibrium method, an example in Chongqing was offered in the paper.It was shown that Bell solution was better fit for the calculation for ultimate bearing capacity of isotropic rock foundation.

极限平衡法、滑移线法是求解剪切破坏模式下均质岩基极限承载力的两种重要的极限分析法。通过对某工程均质岩基承载力的反算 ,对基于Hoek -Brown经验强度准则的 3种极限承载力计算方法—Bell解、Hoek -Brown解和滑移线法的计算结果进行了比较 ,并分析了造成差异的原因。
