Biomass is a renewable energy resource,and biomass pyrolysis is a thermal chemical process which can produce liquid,gas and solid fuels in complete absence of oxygen or with a limited oxygen supply. A rotating cone flash pyrolysis device is introduced and its characters of the process parameters and products are discussed.The typical data on a bio oil by the conventional pyrolysis and the flash pyrolysis are compared according to the test results.A new path of producing renewable resource has been explored.

利用旋转锥式闪速热解装置,对生物质进行了闪速热解试验研究。生物质是一种可再生的能源,在无氧或有限氧气供给的条件下热解为液体、固体、气体3种燃料产品。介绍了以旋转锥式反应器为核心的闪速热解液化设备、工艺参数及产物特性,并根据此结果对比了常规热解、快速热解、闪速热解的生物油典型数据,为生物质废弃物的有效清洁利用及可再生能源的生产探索了新的途径。

Biomass is a renewable energy resources. By utilizing flash pyrolysis technology, the sawdust was converted into liquid product(bio oil)which is of easy storage , transport, handling and high energy volume density .The rotating cone flash pyrolysis system was tested to produce the bio oil. The bio oil was experimented in air pressure rectification and lower pressure rectification and then the different parts of it were analyzed by GC MS and nuclear magnetic resonance equipment.

该研究利用闪速热解液化技术将木屑转化为易储存、易运输、易处理、能量密度高的液体产品生物质油,对旋转锥式闪速热解液化系统进行了生物质热解液化生物质油的试验研究,并将生产的生物质油进行了常压精馏和减压精馏试验,用色谱质谱分析仪、核磁共振仪对其部分精馏组分进行了成分分析。

In this paper, a biomass flash pyrolysis system with a rotating cone reactor is introduced. As an example, we define the process of pyrogenation and liquefaction of wood bits and the related technical parameters.

介绍了自行设计的一套小型旋转锥式闪速热解液化系统 ,并以松木屑为例详细说明了其热解液化生产生物质油的过程和相关工艺参数 .
