The physiological effect of paclobutrazol on soybean was studied through culture in water and in soil.The result showed that the photosynthesis of soybean chlorophyll content and the activity of nitrate redutase were increased by applying paclobutrazol (MET). The activity of indole ac'etic acid exidase was also increased, but the content of internal indole acetic acid was decreased. The water consumption/day of individual plant was decreased 9.2-33.1% and free proline content in ths leaves was increased.

本文通过水培和土培试验,研究喷施多效唑(MET)对大豆的生理效应。结果表明:MET提高了大豆光合作用强度、叶绿素含量和硝酸还原酶、吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性;降低了内源吲哚乙酸含量;减少大豆单株日耗水量9.2—33.1%,提高叶片脯氨酸含量。
