The chang of copper contents in skin fibroblasts may be related to the abnormality of genes con broiling copper metabolism in vitiligo patients.

对2例白癜风患者皮损区、周围区的皮肤成纤维细胞进行培养,以阳极溶出伏安法进行铜含量测定。皮损区的细胞铜含量低于周围区,与对照组比较铜含量低于或在均值范围内。白癜风并非铜的缺少而引起,因此用铜治疗无效。皮肤成纤维细胞中铜含量的变化可能与控制铜代谢的基因异常有关。

Bai Dian Feng pills had

白癜风丸是治疗白癜风的常用药物,本文通过双波长薄层扫描法测定了白癜风大蜜丸中主要有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量。选定波长、补骨脂素λ_s=310nm,异补骨脂素λ_s=310nm,λ_R=210nm。以苯:乙酸乙酯(10.5:0.5)为展开剂。外标二点法计算含量,测得的补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的回收率分别为99.23%和99.80%。相对标准偏差分别为0.34%和0.12%。表明该法操作简便,分析迅速,结果准确。

The water-soluble substance extracted by alcohol from Polygonatum odoratum is reported in this article. It is suggested that the extracted substance could increase the activity of Tyrosinase and accelerate the synthesis of Melanin. It is hopeful that it might be used as a natural drug in the treatment of Vitiligo.

中药玉竹的醇提水溶性提取物能明显提高酪氨酸酶的活性,促进黑色素的合成,有望成为治疗白癜风的天然药物。
