A kind of skin cell segregating unit based on 80C196 microcomputer is presented in this paper. The front-end controller is a single-chip microcomputer. The unit enables manipulation for 6 patients simultaneously which provides a great convenience for clinical manipulation of vitiligo. The unit enables manipulation for 6 patients simultaneously which provides a great convenience for clinical manipulation of vitiligo. With use of serial port communication technology it's possible to monitor and control the front-end controller in a PC terminal. The involvement of computer image acquisition technology realizes synchronous acquisition of pathologic skin cell before/after the manipulation. Clinical test of the unit proves its conformity with national standards and fulfillment of designed technology goal.

一种基于80C196单片机以及串行口远程监控的白癜风治疗仪控制系统,实现了表皮皮肤细胞的分离。采用单片机作为前端控制器,采用温度与压力的自动控制技术,可同时为多位患者进行手术,极大方便了白癜风的临床治疗。该控制系统还可以根据现场的情况由医护人员通过简单的判断而采用了FUZZY的控制算法进行温度或压力的调节。医院临床试用表明,各项指标符合国家标准,达到了设计目标。

报导一种基于 PC 机远程监控的皮肤细胞分离机控制系统。该分离监控系统采用单片机作为前端控制器,实现了6通道温 度与压力的监控,可同时为6位患者进行手术,极大地方便了白癜风的临床治疗。同时,通过串口通讯技术实现了 PC 机 对下位机进行远程的监视与控制,并采用计算机图像采集技术实现了病人病历与手术前后的表皮细胞图像的同步采集。经 医院临床试用表明,该设备各项指标符合国家标准,达到了设计目标。

Reflectance spectra of trichrome vitiligo skin were tested and studied,and optical models for trichrome vitiligo skin were developed on the basis of skin pathology.Skin melanin content and distribution were discussed and Monte Carlo simulation was made as well.The study suggests that(1)Vitiligo skin,especially the trichrome vitiligo skin could be an ideal object to detect skin melanin content and distribution or other skin optical properties;(2)Reflectance spectrum could be used to study depigment in skin surface,and especially with melanin depigment in skin surface,it could be used to test the melanin content and distribution in deeper layer(e.g.dermis);(3)Via Monte Carlo simulation,skin spectrum property could be reconstructed and some biochemical components in the skin tissue could be foreseen.

测试并研究了具有三种不同肤色的白癜风皮肤的反射光谱,在皮肤组织病理检验的基础上,建立了三色白癜风皮肤的光学模型,讨论了该皮肤的黑色素含量与分布,并进行Monte Carlo模拟计算。研究表明,白癜风皮肤,特别是具有不同肤色的白癜风,可作为一个较好的研究对象,用于探测皮肤黑色素分布或其他光学特性;反射光谱可用于皮肤表层黑色素的研究,特别是在表皮层黑色素缺失的情况下,可探知较深层(如真皮层)的黑色素含量与分布;采用Monte Carlo模拟,可以重现实测的皮肤光谱特性,并可预言皮肤组织中某些生化物质的存在。
