基于西林铅锌选矿厂锌浮选流程提出了一种新型、实用的浮选过程矿浆液位控制策略。研制了由上位计算机、SR-53调节器、ZJK型角行程电动执行器、DFD-0900电动操作器、DCF伺服放大器及传感器组成的矿浆液位控制系统,并首次尝试在Windows平台上编制工业监控软件。本文详细论述了该系统的构成、上位机软件编程和系统的调试过程。

总结凡口铅锌矿大型、细粒铅锌黄铁矿选矿厂自投产三十年以来的工艺进展、经历铅锌混选、有氰分离,无氰粗磨优先,细磨高碱,新型组合药剂快速浮选四个分选工艺的发展阶段,使当年低生产指标发展为当前达到国内外同类矿山先进水平,从一个典型的选矿厂反映了近三十年来我国铅锌选矿的发展史。
