Managing team conflict is an important part of high-tech enterprise′s R&D management and it has different characteristics in every R&D phases, so it is a precondition to make a dynamic analysis on the conflict. According to the characteristics of high-tech enterprise′s R&D team, we put forward a systemic table of R&D conflict management and R&D team conflict management model and establish the analysis frame and control mechanism of R&D conflict management

R&D团队的冲突管理是高新技术企业R&D管理中的重要组成部分,其中重要的特点之一是在R&D活动各个阶段具有不同的特性,因此对冲突进行动态分析是开展冲突管理的前提。在此基础上,根据高新技术企业R&D团队的特点能够设计一套完整的冲突管理表和R&D团队冲突管理模型,构建R&D冲突管理的分析框架和控制机制。

Basing on the theory of conflict,this paper conceives six types of TMTconflict from two di-mensions: outcome and object.By establishing a dynamic analysis model of TMTconflict,this paper dis-cusses the relation between effecting and conversion mutually among six types of TMTconflict.

以冲突理论为基础,从冲突的结果和对象两个维度构建了六种类型的高层管理团队冲突。通过建立一个高层管理团队冲突动态分析模型,探讨了六类冲突之间的相互影响及转化的关系。

This thesis reviews the literature of conflict study briefly,analyzes the difference of groups and explores the conflict studies' essentiality of the teams of different types. This thesis points out the research priorities of the teams of different types and the directions for further research. In conclusion,this thesis points out the thoughts and the prospects of Hexie management theory in studying the teams of different types.
