The causes of harden quenching tendency,cold cracking,reheated cracking in the welding between 20CrMoV steel and 35 steel were analysed,and a reasonable welding technology was determined in the selection of welding materials,the groove form of welding,the technology parameters,and a satisfactory result was obtained.
