The abrasion failure analysis on liner-to-piston friction pair of model NB1-350 slush pump and bi-metal liner of model NB8-600 slush pump are presented in this paper. The abrasion failure analysis on liner-to-piston friction pair of model NB1-350 slush pump and bi-metal liner of model NB8-600 slush pump are presented in this paper. The fractography and metallographic composition measurement in micro region were carried out by using scanning electron microscope ( SME ) and X-ray spectrometer respectively, and optical metallographic analysis was given too. The author considers that this abrasion failure was caused by abrasive wear arising mainly from cuttings. Hardness was regarded as major factor of abrasion resistance for this kind of failure. However, the abrasion resistance and fractography were strongly affected by skin microstructure and the internal conditions such as uniformity and depth of the hardened layer as well as operating conditions such as sand contents, pump pressure and PH value of mud. The results of field test have proved that under the basically stable operating conditions of above mentioned factors, the higher the surface hardness of the test material is, the longer the service life of liner lasts.

本文对NB_1-350泥浆泵缸套—活塞摩擦系统和NB_8-600泵双金属缸套进行了失效分析,用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪对工作表面分别进行了形貌观察和微区成分测定,并辅以光学金相分析。作者认为,缸套—活塞摩擦副的失效是以切削磨损为主的磨料磨损。对于这种磨损失效,硬度是决定其耐磨性的主要因素,其耐磨性和磨损表面形貌也受表层组织及其均匀性、硬化层深度等内部条件以及工况条件如含砂量、泵压和泥浆pH值等的强烈影响。现场试验结果证明,对于试验材料,在泥浆含砂量、泵压、pH值等工况条件基本稳定的情况下,材料表面硬度愈高,缸套使用寿命愈长。

Three high temperature wear failure patterns, adhesive wear erosive wear andfretting wear, have been described by means of analysising their formations、fea-tures and failure mechanisms. 本文通过一些典型例子,从其形式、特点和机制来试图说明和解释金属热磨损失效的三种类型;热粘着磨损;热磨蚀磨损;热微动磨损。简要地谈及了国内外在热磨损所属的三个分支上的研究动态。根据O.Vingsbo的摩擦系统理论,从设计、材料、环境这三个角度来考虑探讨减少热磨损的相应对策。

This paper introduced a new method of classifying fric" tion-wear testers by their structure and relative motion forms of friction pair, explained friction-wear testing aims and the essential system possessed by the testers to reach the aims, analysed the properties of every element of essential system's each composition unit in the friction-wear testers, and discussed the developing directions of the friction-wear testers.

本讲提出了一种按摩擦系统的结构和摩擦副的相对运动形式对摩擦磨损试验机进行分类的新方法(这种分类法将摩擦磨损试验机分为五大类),阐述了摩擦磨损试验的目的和摩擦磨损试验机为实现此目的所应有的基本系统,分析了基本系统中各组成单元的每个要素在摩擦磨损试验机中的特殊性,最后还就摩擦磨损试验机的发展方向作了简要的探讨。
