In this paper, we obtain a general equation for determining the resonant frequencies of all the modes in an open resonator in the form of waveguide with slow-varied cross section, which has any shape of longitudinal profile. The method to solve the field longitudinal distribution function in the resonators is investigated. As examples, we derived formulas for determining the resonant frequencies of all the modes for two kinds of resonators that have drum shape and dual-cone shape intersurfaces.

针对硬磁盘驱动器中磁头定位两级伺服控制系统 ,利用宽度弯曲振动模式 ,设计并制备了分割电极型压电复合磁头悬浮臂。研究了复合磁头悬浮臂的动态位移特性、动态频响特性 ,以及它对读出信号脉冲幅值的影响。结果表明 :2 0 V正弦电压激励下可获得的动态位移幅值约为 1μm ;其固有谐振频率达 6 .3 k Hz,满足高密度硬磁盘对两级伺服控制系统的基本要求。
