Most folliculi were much dilated withaccumulation of excessive dense colloid and their epithelial cells wereflattened. Their microvilli were less and short. The mitochondria were swollen.The lumen of the granular endoplasmic reticulum was prominently expanded with partial degranulation. The basement membrane was different in thickness.I addition, the interfollicular tissue and its capillaries were showed to be less. It is suggested that the swelling of thyroid gland was probably due to accumulation of colloid in follicles and reduction of parenchyma.

应用常规超薄切片透射电镜法,观察用高碘饲料喂养不同时间的昆明种雄性小鼠的甲状腺样品,发现随着给碘日数的增加甲状腺的超微结构改变愈明显,表现为滤泡腔扩大,滤泡上皮呈扁平形,细胞游离面微绒毛少,线粒体肿胀,RER扩张;基膜厚薄不均,间质及其中毛细血管减少。根据观察所见结合文献资料提出高碘致甲状腺肿的可能机制。

This paper observed a effect of rat recurrent laryngeal nerve cut on ultra- structure of thyroid gland with a method of hiatochemistry. From morpholo- gy, unilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve can make in this lateral thyroid gland follicle. epithelial cell of follicle and organelle tend to a low function. This suggested a morphologis evidence of recurrent laryngeal nerve inhibiting a secretion of thyroid hormone.

作者采用组织化学手段,观察了切断大鼠喉返神经对甲状腺超微结构的影响。从形态学上看,单侧喉返神经可能使该侧甲状腺滤泡、滤泡上皮细胞及其细胞器趋向于功能低下时的状态,这为喉返神经抑制甲状腺激素的分泌提供了形态学的证据。

The main characteristics of the ultrastructures of musk deer’s thyroid follicular ep-ithelial cells are as follows:The vesicles of rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER)werewell developed,some of these vesicles could directly enter the follicular cavity.Throughmicropinocytosis,the colloid in the follictilar cavity were resorbed by means of colloidvesicles into follicular epithelial cell,and were fused with lysosomes to be composed intothyroid hormones.

通过对麝甲状腺的超微结构观察,认为麝甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞所合成的甲状腺球蛋白,可由粗面内质网囊泡(RERV)和由粗面内质网(RER)与高尔基器形成的分泌泡二条途径直接进入滤泡腔。经微吞饮作用,由胶质小泡将滤泡腔中胶体再摄入滤泡上皮细胞,同溶酶体融合,分解产生甲状腺激素。
