Twelve cases of presumed chronic non-A, non-B hepatitis and 12 cases of chronic hepatitis B were selected from 155 liver biopsies performed during the period from May 1983 to March 1985. The liver tissues of the two groups were studied under the electron microscope.Aggregates of round and tubular intranuclear particles of from 20 to 29 nm in diameter were found in both groups. Cytoplasmic tubuloreticular complexes were seen in four patients with non-A, non-B hepatitis and in five patients with hepatitis B. Attached...

Cytoplasmic tubuloreticular complexes were seen in four patients with non-A, non-B hepatitis and in five patients with hepatitis B. Attached curved membranes were observed in five of 12 cases of non-A, non-B hepatitis and in 10 of 12 cases of hepatitis B. with regard to the formation of pseudo Disse's spaces, the extension of Disse's spaces, and the deposition of fibers there was no apparent difference between the two types of chronic viral hepatitis when looked at under the electron microscope.

本文对12例慢性散发性非甲非乙型肝炎及12例慢性乙型肝炎的肝脏超微结构改变进行观察并比较,在两组病人的肝细胞核中均发现了20~29 nm的球形或短杆状聚集颗粒。4例非甲非乙、5例乙型肝炎中见到胞质内管网状结构。6例非甲非乙、10例乙型肝炎中见到曲状融合膜。在假狄氏间隙形成、狄氏间隙增宽方面,两组之间无显著差异。

The effect of swimming training on liver ultrastructure in rat was surveyed. It showed markedchangable morphological features in cytoplasm of liver. There are glycogen granules appeared inhepatocyte, that contact the component of blood and in this way the liver transfers and utilizesglycogen quickly. It plays an important part in maintaining the stability of blood sugar and resumingmuscle's glycogen reserves.

本文观察了游泳训练对大白鼠肝脏超微结构的影响。结果表明,游泳训练使肝细胞胞质呈现高度可变的外观。肝细胞形成糖元膜包体与血液中成份接触,可以认为肝脏是以此形式加快糖元转运和利用,在维持血糖恒定、肌糖元恢复中起重要作用。

In this paper the ablactatcd Wistar rats were used

本实验采用不同途径给予断乳Wistar大鼠小剂量(0.05mg/kg、0.025mg/kg)氯化角钐(SmCl3)、氯化镨(PrCl3)后,测定了肝脏中过氧化脂质(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量,观察了肝脏的超微结构。结果表明:SmCl3和PrCl3均使肝脏中LPO活性降低、SOD活性升高,二者比较PrCl3的作用更为明显,肝脏未见明显形态学改变。
