By using (1- T0/T )-Idiagram (fig. 4-8) in this article, the exergy losses of dual cycle system are analyzed, the influences on the exergy efficiency by cycle arrangement, evaporation temperature, condensation temerature, pitch point temperature difference and losses of throttle and heat dissipation in steam pipes are discussed, a certain ways to raise exergy efficiency are pointed out as well.

本文给出了不同条件下余热流(火用)值的计算式,对于双循环系统,还专门给出了比较方便的单位水当量余热流的最大有用功率、实际功率以及双循环系统最高理论热效率的图解曲线。本文还采用(1-T_0/T)-I图分析了双循环系统中的(火用)损失,讨论了循环方案、蒸发温度、冷凝温度、节点温差、蒸汽管路中的节流和散热损失对(火用)效率的影响,指出了提高(火用)效率的某些途径。

悬浮沸腾炉实现了水泥熟料煅烧全过程的悬浮沸腾态的传热。在悬浮沸腾态下,物料的升温速率极快,在极短的时间内达到烧成温度并完成熟料矿物形成反应。根据这一特点,从熟料形成理论热耗和工艺能耗两个方面,对125~200/Td五种不同规模的沸腾炉系统的热经济性能进行分析,认为熟料形成理论热耗与其煅烧方式有关,计算出悬浮沸腾炉中熟料煅烧理论热耗为1507kJ/kgcli(360kcal/kgcli),下降了270kJ/kgcli以上。表面散热,冷却机热效率、废气量及其温度是影响系统工艺能耗的三个主要因素。分析计算结果表明,工艺能耗有较大下降。计算出不同规模的沸腾炉熟料烧成热耗波动于2466~2925kJ/kgcli(589~701kcal/kgcli),较同规模窑外分解窑和预热器窑低630~940kJ/kgcli左右。认为悬浮沸腾炉热经济性能良好,有较大节能意义。
