Objective:To compare the differences between WYD instrument and direct titration method in determination of the iodine content in salt, and to study the stability and reproducibility of WYD instrument. Methods: The accuracy and precision of WYD instrument were tested by the National Reference Laboratory for Iodine Deficiency Disorders(NRLIDD). The stability and reproducibility were observed for 11 months. 100 labs of salt factories were selected to use WYD instrument to determine the iodine contents from the standard salt samples. Another 100 IDD labs were selected to use WYD instrument and titration method respectivey to test the salt samples from the market. All results were analyzed statistically by NRLIDD.Results: There was no significant difference between the two methods. WYD instrument had good stability and reproducibility. The recovery rate of WYD instrument was 96.3%~108%,and its CV and mean relative deviation was less than 5%. Conclusion: WYD instrument is also a good method to determine salt iodine content.

目的 :比较WYD测碘仪与直接滴定法测定盐中碘含量的差异 ,并对WYD测碘仪对盐碘检测的稳定性和重复性进行研究。方法 :选取国家碘缺乏病参照实验室 (NationalReferenceLaboratoryforIodineDeficiencyDisordersNRLIDD)对WYD测碘仪和直接滴定法进行方法精密度、准确度的对比 ;对检测稳定性重复性进行 11个月的观察并比较两种方法检测不同盐种的差别 ;选取 10 0家盐业实验室分别用两种不同方法测定国家碘缺乏病参照实验室提供的盐碘国家一级标准物质 ;选取 10 0家卫生部门盐碘实验室 ,分别用两种方法对随机采取市场盐样进行测定。所有的测定结果报送国家碘缺乏病参照实验室进行统计学评估。结果 :WYD测碘仪与直接滴定法检测盐碘含量一致性较好 ;用两种方法对不同盐种测定 ,结果均无显著性差异 ,WYD测碘仪的稳定性和重复性良好 ,其回收率为 96 .3%~ 10 8% ,CV %和平均相对偏差均小于 5 %。结论 :WYD测碘仪也是测定盐中碘含量的良好方法
