The proposed calculation in the article has taken into account the effects of blade root and wheel hole bearing flexibilities, blade sheared distortion and rotating inertia. It can be used to predict the vibration frequency of wheel assembly under both static and dynamic conditions and is applicable to free standing blade-wheel assembly and loose lacing blade-wheel assembly. The calculation of flexibility factor is also introduced.

First,the paper puts forward a simple and practical numerical integrationto calculate the vibration characteristics of bladed disk. Various primary factors which influence the coupled vibration characteristics of bladed disk,such as shear deformation,rotary inertia of the blada and disk,and centifugalforce are considered in the model,therefore the method can be use to calculate the static frequency,rotating frequency and mode shape of various structure of bladed disk. Second,hammering method is used to modal analyzesthe bladed disk model and obtain the natural frequency and mode shape. Finally,the calculating results are compared with the experimental results,they are fit well with each other.

对汽轮机叶片—叶轮系统(轮系)耦合振动特性进行了理论和实验研究。首先介绍了一种简便实用的计算轮系振动特性的数值积分方法。此方法考虑了叶片的剪切变形、转动惯量、叶轮轮孔处支承柔度、叶片和叶轮连接处的叶根柔度及离心力等影响轮系振动的各种主要因素,给出了焊拉筋和松拉筋的处理方法,可供计算各种结构轮系振动的静、动频谱和相应的振型。其次,本文利用锤击法对叶片—叶轮系统模型进行了模态分析和参数识别,得到系统各阶固有频率和振型,理论计算结果与实验值的比较较为吻合。

The dynamic response of shaft system on excitation of short circuit is very important to the safly operation of the large steam turbine-generator set. The dynamic response of shaft system on excitation of short circuit is very important to the safly operation of the large steam turbine-generator set. In accordance with a 200MW turbine-generator set, the paper sets up a continous mass model. Torsional natural frequency and normalized mode shape are obtained by using the matrix method, and dynamic response on excitation of two-phase short circuit is calculated by using normalized mode shape superposition method. The coupled torsional vibration of bladed disk with shaft is considered in the calculation. The paper analyzes the obtained results and discusses shaft security of the set, which provide the theoretical guidance for safty operation of the set.

大型汽轮发电机组在短路时的轴系扭振动力响应,对于机组的安全可靠运行甚为关键。本文以国产某200MW机组为例,建立了轴系的连续质量计算模型,利用传递矩阵法求得其扭振固有频率及主振型,用振型查加法计算轴系在两相短路情况下的动力响应,计算中考虑了叶片叶轮系统与轴系扭振的耦合作用。本文对计算结果进行了分析,讨论了该机组的轴系扭振安全性,为机组的安全运行提供了理论依据。
