In this paper, the dynamic model of boring bar is presented. The influences of boring bar vibration of some parameters of boring bar are analysed. According to optimization method, the natural frequency ratio and viscous damping factor are obtained. The experiments prove that number calculations are correct. The steps of designing boring bar are presented.

本文建立了镗刀杆的动力学模型,分析了镗刀杆各参数对镗刀杆振动的影响,优化设计出最优固有频率比和最优的相对阻尼系数。实验验证了数值计算结果的正确性,并提出了优化设计减振刀杆的步骤。

It is very important that determine arbor size when planning process of boring on lathe. This paper get mathematics model of optimal design of arbor with optimal object of minimum weight of arbor,and set up constraint condition by strength,stiffness and technical requirement of arbor.The arbor size is determined scientifically after optimum by random direction method.

在制定车床上镗孔的工艺规程时,镗刀杆尺寸的确定十分重要。本文以镗刀杆质量最轻为优化目标,根据镗刀杆强度、刚度和工艺要求建立约束条件,得到镗刀杆优化设计的数学模型。用约束随机方向法进行优化,合理的确定了镗刀杆的尺寸。
