            本文介绍了国內外埋藏式高压钢管道试验研究工作的进展情况、试验內容和方法、量测设备以及某些工程的试验成果,并进行了综合分析,得出以下几点结论: 1.钢衬周围的混凝土-岩石一般承担55~85%的內水压力,因而研究其力学特征是很重要的.在设计荷载下,实测的钢衬应力都不大,埋藏管的总体安全度都较高。 2.外水压力作用下钢衬的屈曲试验是新课题,目前在现場进行的试验研究工作不多,但外水压力往往是设计的控制因素,今后应开展更多的工作. 3.回填混凝土的质量和灌浆工作非常重要,它直接影响钢衬、混擬土和岩石的联合作用. 4.灌浆孔的填塞封孔工作应作好,否则将影响管道的防渗性能。 5.试验时的水溫和溫度变化对于试验成果的影响,也应给予注意。 6.试验程序、试验压力、分级大小、加卸荷速度等都需仔细研究后确定. 7.变形测量最好同时采用几种方法,以便补充验证.由于钢衬的变形不是轴对称的,设法直接测出钢衬的总体变形是很有意义的. 此外,在运转条件下,长期系统地观测溫度和徐变的影响也是很重要的.

            本电站地下厂房的地质条件比较复杂。施工过程中,建筑物的围岩发生较明显的变形,多处混凝土衬护出现较密集的裂缝,引起关心和重视。为了监测和研究围岩的整体稳定性和建筑物结构的受力情况,按装了内部原型观测和外部裂缝观测设备。为了研究地下洞室的永久运行安全性,还进行了岩石力学和有限单元分析计算工作。综合分析表明,产生围岩变形和混凝土衬护裂缝的主要原因是岩体内地应力大,及开挖后侧向应力解除所致。边墙经采取适当的加固措施而趋于稳定。对中间岩柱的分析表明.应力分布不均一,应力增长尚不过大,且局限于较小的范围内;剪应力也不太大。因此,可以认为岩柱仍然是稳定的。今后还要继续加强原型观测和研究工作。

            本文简要介绍映秀湾和以礼河(三级)两水电站用径向千斤顶法测定岩石变形特性的试验研究成果.文中探讨了加压段长度对变形范围和深度的影响,指出当加压段长度小于三倍洞径时测定的岩石变形直按式(3)修正;同时研究了岩石变形的叠加性等,从而阐明弹性理论在岩石力学中的实用性.此外,文中还对比了全断面和局部加压(相当于平洞内承压板法)成果之间的关系,指出后者必须计及洞周边的影响,并按式(5)计算.
