本文将质点弹簧系,有限元法及连续体模型有效地组合后建立力学模型,用数学式表示龙门起重机结构的变形曲线,采用静态凝缩法求得等效质量和等效弹簧常数,对龙门起重机的离地起升、下降、落比、小车运行及其联合动作进行了动态模似解析及动应力计算,理论与实验结果一致,首次探明了龙门起重机的动态特性及其影响因素.本研究关于龙门起重机的水平、垂直方向变位的有关系数及由此而确立的决定水平、垂直静变位的方法,可供设计者参考.另外,关于货物偏移角对结构最大应力的影响等结论,可做为国内外起重机设计规范讨论时的基础资料.

In this paper,a new simplified mass-spring system is introduced. By using the mass-spring system,the influence of dynamic performance and construction parameters of a bridge crane are analysized,and dynamic parameters of a bridge crane are optimized.

本文对不同类型门式起重机进行了振动分析研究,提出一系列门式起重机垂直与水平动态刚度的实用计算公式,增补了静、动态刚度的计算方法,扩大了门式起重机静、动态刚度的校核范围,针对门式起重机的特点和对现有研究资料的分析,推荐出静,动态刚度的控制值,为实现门式起重机的动态设计创造了有利条件。
