The data of reagent dosages on 21 plants of lead and zinc flotation indicate thatthe inappropriate use of reagents may lead to counteractive chain reactions amonyvarious reagents.In this paper,the solution equilibrium of lead and zinc flotation processas systematically calculated and the concentration-logarithmic diagrams of species distribu-tion and predominance area diagrams with double variate were given.The activeeffect of lead ion on sphalerite,the changes of(Pb~(2+))in pulp along with oxidized con-dition of mineral surface and pH values and the resulting chain reaction with dosagesof zinc sulphate were discussed.The calculations and diagrams show that the mainmechanism of combinating effect of Na_2CO_3-ZnSO_4 is to control the oxidized conditionof Pb-mineral surface and the active effect of lead ion.According to calculation results,the rational conditions of using modifers such as ZnSO_4,Na_2CO_3,Na_2S and so on weregiven and then the improvement of separation of lead and zinc and the ways ofdecreasing of reagents dosages were also discussed.

Comprehensive recovery of the flotation tails containing Pb-Zn of Yejiwei, Dongbo Mine was carried out using spiral chutes follewed by tables. This process is better than the single tabling circuit. From 1979 to now, more than 200 tons of tin have been recovered with one ton of tin costing 5000 yuan and economic profits better.

东波矿野鸡尾铅锌浮选尾矿采用螺旋溜槽粗选、摇床精选综合回收锡石比单一摇床流程优越。1979年至今综合回收了锡金属二百余吨,每吨成本五千元左右,收到了较好的经济效益。

Cyanidation residue was treated by a technology of pretreatment intensified flotation of lead and zinc. Industrial test obtained a lead concentrate with a 60% grade and 79.3% lead recovery and a zinc concentrate with a grade of over 50% and a zinc recovery of 76.2%, showing good social and environment protecion benefits.
