A local vacuum electron beam welding machine is developed and simply introduced in this paper. The computer controlled system of the welding machine and some key technologies such as computer control of beam guns motion,secondary electron beam weld alignment, teaching and reappearing of welding path, computer control of vacuum system and welding process are also stated in detail. Through process experiments , a typical aluminium alloy workpiece with flange circumferential weld was made by the welding machine....
