本文用结构动力学的分析方法对外圆磨床砂轮架进行分析研究,将其取为具有集中参数且计及砂轮主轴柔度的四自由度振动系统。并取系统动柔度作为目标函数,以主轴跨距、砂轮和皮带轮的悬伸长度、轴承径向刚度、横进给机构的刚度和阻尼诸因素进行回归正交设计,建立了多元线性回归方程,且在此基础上用梯度法寻优,最后确定了砂轮架的抗颤振优化设计参数值。
