Complexity science is the study of complexity and complexity system. The methodology is combination of qualitative judgement and quantitative counting, combination of microscopic analysis and macroscopic comprehension, combination of reductionism and holism, and combination of scientific inference and philosophic speculation. The study of complexity science has made some achievement from 1980s. With the advancement of economic society, development of enterprises and improvement of labor resources' quality, the status of knowledge as a production element has been greatly improved. Then how to do well in human resources management has become the focus of theoretical discussion and enterprise attention. This article mainly lays emphasis on the application of complexity science in human resources management.

M&S verification, validation and accreditation become important supporting pillar of M&S development. The architecture of simulation systems is growing to be standardized, layered and networked; simulation grid will be the next important developing direction. The simulation application fields are more wider, and simulations are more and more frequently applied in the study of complex systems. M&S is more close to the peoples daily life.
