The screening method of cellulolytic strains of decomposing strian were studied. The initial screening medium of strain were congo red cellulose agar medium, in combination with filter paper medium. By means of fermenting test in rice straw or corn straw. Two strains of heperproductive cellulase were obtaineel, CMC of enzymatic activity:7385.3 u,FP of enzymatic activity: 348.8 u.

采用正交试验法 ,使里氏木霉 (Trichodermareesei)DWC 5在 50℃ ,转速 1 1 0r·min-1的摇瓶中发酵 5~ 7d。研究了铁、锰、锌、钴 4种微量元素对里氏木霉DWC 5纤维素酶产生的影响。结果表明 :对CMC酶活、FP酶活影响显著性的主次顺序依次为铁 >锌 >钴 >锰。微量元素的最佳组合对于CMC酶活 :Fe,Zn ,Co,Mn的用量分别为 5 .0 ,4.5 ,3 .8,3.8,4.0mg·L-1 ,对于FP酶活 :Fe,Zn,Co,Mn用量分别为 5 .0 ,4.5 ,3.8,3 .8mg·L-1 。此条件下CMC酶活、FP酶活分别为 1 32mgG/ml·30min,8.4mgG/ml·h
