A finite element method is presented to determine the steady state elastic responses of planar mechanisms with distributed mass, operating at a prescribed input rotary speed. The nonlinear governing equations of the system are derived from the Lagrange equation. The concentrated masses and rotatory inertia are considered in the formulation. The geometric nonlinear terms of the strains are also included.

本文给出了一种求解具有均布质量、恒定输入转速的弹性平面连杆机构稳态响应的有限无法。由拉格朗日方程导出系统的非线性控制方程。模型中考虑了构件的集中质量及集中转动惯量的影响,同时也包括了应变的几何非线性项。

An effective method is presented which can be used to derive the dynamic equations of planar linkages with elastic links and bearing clearances. The bearing force, the output error and the link deformation of a planar four bar linkage are calculated using this method. The results are analyzed and discussed.
