Twelve elements (Fe. Zn. Cu. Ca. Mg. K. Na. Co. Ni. Mn. Cr. Cd) in serums of normal and autobite disease minks were detected by means of atomsorption spectrum anslysis. The results indicated that of the twelve the latter 5 elements in the serums were not found by our analysis but there were not any outstanding differences (P>0.05) in average contents of former 7 elements in serums of normal and autobite disease minks, so it was concluded that autobite disease of minks is not concerned with content of the 7 elements...

用原子吸收光谱分析法,测定了健康水貂与自咬症水貂血清中铁、锌、铜、钙、镁、钾、钠、钴、镍、铬、镉、锰等十二种金属元素的含量,除后五种元素未能直接测出外,其余七种元素在健康水貂与自咬症水貂血清中的含量,其差异均不显著(P>0.05),所以,认为水貂自咬症的发生与上述七种金属元素在血清中的含量无关,其所测得的值均可作为水貂正常含量的指标。这七种金属元素在血清中的含量是:Fe 2.766ppm、Zn 3.482ppm、Cu 1.492ppm、Ca 163.4ppm、Mg 31.57ppm、K 313.2ppm、Na 3029.2ppmm。

在玉米——豆饼型基础饲料中添加过量铜(300ppm)和/或锌(3000ppm),饲予315日龄(满45周龄)产蛋鸡(来航),研究了饲料中过量的铜、锌对产蛋鸡的肝脏、胫骨及输卵管中矿物元素含量的影响,结果如下:①饲料中过量锌使肝脏和胫骨中锌含量显著升高(P<0.01),铜和锰含量显著下降(P<0.01)。②饲料中过量的铜使肝脏和胫骨中铜含量最著升高(P<0.01),使胫骨中锌和肝脏中锰和镁的含量显著升高(P<0.05)。③饲料中过量的铜和锌对输卵管中的锌、铜、钙、镁、钾、钠、铁的含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。

The serum zinc,copper,calcium and megnesium levels of 102 health peoples in different age groups were determined by the method of atomic absorption spectrometric analysis. The results showed no significant difference of serum Zn and Ca in all of age groups (P>0.05).Comparing with individuals above 50 years and below 20 years age group,serum Cu levies in the SO years group were higher than that below 20 years(P<0.05). However only serum Mg levels in the 50 years age group were higher than that of the 60 years...
