In the article,principle,technical features and application in production of the technology are introduced.The technology has well improved the economic production of gears with middle module and accuracy as high as 7 grade as well as steped gear.

内啮合珩齿工艺是在外啮合技术的带动下发展起来的。该技术取得突破性进展的关键是由于齿轮式金刚石滚轮的研制成功,这有利于大幅度提高了齿轮加工精度和生产率。文章详细介绍了内啮合珩齿的原理,技术特点和生产应用。该项工艺能较好地解决中等模数、7级精度和双联齿轮的经济批量生产。

Based on the theory of the space-crossed-axeis internal gearing, the theoretical study on the internal gear honing method is carried out, and the equation of the internal honing wheel tooth flank is derived. By means of computer simulating tooth contact analysis, the conclusions are arrived at, and the theoretical basis for practice uses is provided.

本文应用空间交错轴内啮合理论对内啮合珩齿方法进行了理论研究,推导渐开面包络内齿珩轮的齿面方程,采用微机模拟齿面接触分析.并得出结论.为内啮合珩齿的实际应用提供了理论依据。

Honing with a honing ring is an efficient method to hard gear finishing.One of the key points determining the accuracy is the profiling of honing ring with a diamond dressing gear.The paper discussed the manufacturing technique of diamond dressing gear and analyzed the meshing condition of the honing ring profile and gear honing. Then,do the experiments in D-250-C honing machine with diamond dressing gear made by us.It is proved that the precision of diamond dressing gear is adapted to honing ring profiling.

内啮合珩齿是硬齿面齿轮精加工的重要方法,技术难点之一是用齿轮式的金刚石修整滚轮对内珩轮进行修形,本文探讨了齿轮式金刚石修形轮的制作方法,应用空间啮合理论对内啮合珩齿修形及加工的啮合状况进行了分析,并用自制的金刚石修形轮在D 250 C内啮合珩齿机上进行了修形及加工试验。试验证明,自制的金刚石修形轮精度完全符合使用要求。
