Eight new-type,high-efficiency powder mixers used recently in the fine-chemical industry of our country were reviewed in this paper.They will play an active role for further developing the fine-chemical industry.

Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2 toughened nanometer Al2O3,μmAl2O3 ceramic composites are obtained with a high-shear two-roll mill process.Their structure and mechanical properties are studied respectively.Further more,the microstructure of these ceramic composites was designed through mixing three grain-size powders.A fine ceramic composites of ZrO2/nmAl2O3/μmAl2O3 is obtained.This ceramic composites can be densified above 98% of theoretical at 1550℃.Its flexual strengh and toughness are fine.

采用辊轧工艺,制成了素坯密度较高的氧化锆增韧氧化铝复合陶瓷,并对其性能和结构分别进行了研究。利用多种粒径的粉体混合、多种增韧方式来设计复相陶瓷的显微结构,得到了最佳配比和最佳烧结工艺条件下的ZrO_2/nmAl_2O3/μmAl_2O_3复相陶瓷。此陶瓷在1550℃下烧结,得到优良的抗弯强度和断裂韧性。
