In order to improve the analytical quality of the background values in soils and crops, an intercomparison test among 23 laboratories has been organized. Precision and accuracy from results of this test showed that it pays for the effort in laboratories in the determination of Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb and Ni in soils. Content of the above elements in six soil samples was determined. It is suggested that analytical quality control technique should be used in soil background survey.

Since the environmental ecological equilibrium has been destroyed, it is inevitable to value the environment. This article introduces comprehensively the environmental appraisal of the forest soil in Nancha of Heilongjiang Province. It also discusses a series of questions deaing with characteristics of the forest soil environment, the distribution of sample taking, soil sample analysis, the choice making of evaluation standards, the evaluation model, the relations between soil grades and so on.The study also makes a successful evaluation about the polluted levels of copper, zinc, lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury,arsenic and the toxic metals in soil, whose results are satisfied.We have taken the way by which grid distribing was combined with snake-shape distribing. After the soil sample was processed, we take measures in all cases with atomic absorption spectrophotometer and give the lowest detecting limit of each element.While calculating of the comprehensive index, Nemeioul Index is used, which pays more attention to the effect of the heavily polluted pollutants. Since there is no unanimous standard to set an evaluating standard, it is easy and practical to measure the metal content in the contrasted soil and precise degree of pollution can be obtained.

林区环境生态平衡遭到破坏,环境的质量评价势待必行。本文全面介绍了黑龙江省南岔林区土壤环境评价。针对环境的特点,对采样点的分布,采样方法,土样分析,评价标准的选择,评价模式的应用及土壤等级的划分等一系列问题进行了探索。力图使环境评价这一基础性工作尽快程序化,模式化和标准化。对土壤中铜、锌、铅、镉、铬、汞、砷等几种有毒金属污染物进行了评价,获得了满意的结果。 采用了网格法和蛇形法相结合的布点方法土样经予处理后,用原子吸收分光光度计测定并给出了各元素的最低检出限。评价方法采用污染指数这一数学模式。综合指数的计算采用内莫罗综合指数法,突出考虑了污染较重的污染物的作用。关于评价标准的确定,在目前尚无统一标准的情况下,选择土壤对照点中金属元素的含量作为评价标准,简单易行,结果也能较好的反应污染程度。

本文根据水泉村农田环境调查和土壤、水稻植株各器官中镉、铜、锌、铅、砷等重金属元素含量的测定结果,指出了工业废水灌溉农田会使农田受污染.同时还指出了污染的水稻植株不同器官中镉、铜、锌、铅、砷等元素含量都表现为:根系>茎叶>稻谷的分布规律,以及农田污染后会导致水稻结实率降低、千粒重减少、空秕粒增加.本文还提出大型冶炼厂在一定时间内对周围环境质量状况进行全面的回顾性评价的必要性,对已污染的农田要积极开展科学研究,采取措施进行综合治理。
