The performance of aircraft main landing Sear brakes cooling system by ram air,which varies with air inlet, air ducts and flight conditions (e. g.,flfaht height, night velocity,back pressure in the landing gear compartments) etc,is studied from both theoretical analysis and experimental investigation. In the theoretical part, the total pressure recovery factor through air inlet is deduced from boundary layer theories of inlet of ram air cooling system, various pacts flow of cooling system are predicted respectively...

从理论分析和试验研究两个角度研究了冲压空气冷却主起落架刹车系统性能随飞行条件、起落架舱反压等的变化。理论分析部分由冲压空气冷却系统进气口处的附面层理论,推导出冲压空气经过进气口的压力恢复系数,从而得到冷却系统各部分分流量的变工况特性。为验证理论分析结果,进行了冲压空气冷却系统的全尺寸模拟试验。试验结果与理论分析结果进行比较后发现两者基本吻合,说明了理论分析方法的正确性,因此本文提出的理论分析方法可为设计主起刹车冲压空气冷却系统提供理论指导。

Through measurements on thread parameter of casing at home and abroad and full-scale simulation test as well as the theoretical analysis of test data,the cause resulted in bonding of domestic casing is found out.The practice shows the anti-bonding property of casing is greatly improved by taking measurements,the leak and anti-pullout property is not reduced.

通过对国内外大量石油套管螺纹参数的测量和全尺寸的模拟试验,以及对测量和试验数据的理论分析,找出了影响国产套管发生粘扣的原因,并在实际生产中实施验证。采取相应的措施改善了套管的抗粘结性能,同时套管的密封和抗滑脱性能并未下降。

Through measuring of thread parameter of the casing produced in China and abroad and lots of full size stimulation tests,the reason of galling for casing made in China is found.Meanwhile,the paper put forward corresponding preventive measures.Final full-size test results show that these measures can improve greatly the anti-galling property of casing and the leakproofness and antislip property is not be reduced.$

通过大量测量国内外石油套管的螺纹参数和进行全尺寸模拟试验分析 ,找到了影响国产套管发生粘扣的原因 ,并提出了相应的改进措施。最后的实验结果表明 ,采用这些措施可以大大改善套管的抗粘结性能 ,同时套管的密封和抗滑脱性能并未下降。
