According to the basic principle of power flow calculation, based on distribution coefficient method a live line power source switching over method for closed distribution network in Wafangdian area is put forward in this paper. Practical application shows this method is correct and effective. By use of this method, the reliability of power supply of the area is improved and good economic effect and social benefit are obtained.

文章根据电网潮流计算的基本原理,利用闭式电网潮流计算的分布系数法,提出万宝和岔山一次变系统经宝复左线、石城线实现带电切换电源的方法。经瓦房店地区电网的实际应用,证明了该方法的正确性和有效性,提高了电网的供电可靠性,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

本文介绍无损耗电阻器的实现原、类别及其在电力系统中的重要用途。它可以组成 :( 1 )新型短路电流限制器 ,该设备能迅速将短路电流的冲击值等限制下来 ,将短路故障消灭于其萌发阶段 ,以确保系统电器设备的安全运行 ,并可提高系统的稳定性 ;( 2 )它可组成新型交流断路器 ;( 3)它更可制成新型直流高压断路器。这种直流断路器使直流输电可以形成闭式电网来运行。特别值得指出的是 :该断路器竟可直接利用同级电压的交流断路器来制造 !因此其工艺简易 ,造价低廉 ,易于实现 ;( 4)它可以制成时变变压器(一种变比可随意瞬时调节的变压器 Time-variable trans-former)。总之 ,无损耗电阻器及由它开发出来的新型设备是组成柔性输电系统 ( FACTS)的有力手段

Best var power to compensate based on the best colligate economy benefit and according to lagrange submultiply to search priority and sort order methods obtain to compensate var power of each transformer, amount of it and power factor of enterprise in most economy power fee. 

利用VC++6 0动态链接库建立供电系统优化设计软件的算法函数库,利用VB开发Windows环境的人机界面,充分发挥了VB开发简捷的特点和VC/C++便于低层访问控制的优势,实现了供电系统应用程序对DLL的调用。供电网络的优化选择,解决了开式电网网络导线和电缆截面的确定;供电网潮流计算、短路电流计算分别针对开式电网和闭式电网,给出了开发的基本方法。开式电网借助于相关矩阵求解,闭式电网借助于节点导纳矩阵法,电网潮流计算采用P Q分解法;最佳无功功率容量的选择从综合经济效益最佳出发,依照拉格朗日乘子法寻优和排序法找出净节省电费最多的各台变压器补偿容量、企业总补偿容量及企业的功率因数。
