渐开线内啮合弧面蜗杆是我们近几年来提出和研制的一种新型蜗杆传动。蜗杆的轴断面形状为一渐开线的内齿轮齿廓。本蜗杆有如下三个基本特征:(1)是内啮合,(2)是双包围;(3)是渐开线。本蜗杆可以利用现成渐开线齿轮滚刀切制蜗轮,对制造和安装误差敏感性弱,避免了直线状弧面蜗杆会因误差造成的承载能力显著降低的弊病。实践证明,本蜗杆的承载能力大、效率高。本文从理论上阐明了提出这种蜗杆的依据。

This paper is chiefly concerned with how to use Newton's Method to solve the addendum modification coefficcnt for an involute internal gear pair with small difference in tooth number. The feature of this method lies in the fact that it is not necessary to carry on such tedious operations of trial and error as those the previous invetigators used to do.In the paper, the partial derivatives as determinant elements are derived so that the minimum working pessure angle, characterized by the intersection of two transcendental curves can be found out. As an example, we take Z_2=60, Z_d=1- 5 and h_a~* = 0.8, 0.7, 0.6, and caculate the theoretical and the designed minimum working pressure angles respectively, the corresponding modification coefficients can thus be obtained. After a careful study of the dependence of the minimal value of the working pressure angle on Z_d and h_a~*, the authors recommend h_a~*=0.6. With the method proposed by the authors, a limiting chart can be easily made, furthermore, the fundamental parameters of gears can be investigated and the design of an involute internal gear pair can be accordingly put into practice.

本文用牛顿法求解少齿差渐开线内齿轮副的变位系数,它在封闭图中是啮合角最小值的位置。此方法的优点是不需要象以往那样要进行繁复的试凑计算。文中推导了求啮合角最小值即两条超越曲线交点的行列式元素——各偏导数;以内齿轮齿数z_2=60、齿数差z_d=1~5为例,对齿顶高系数h_a~*=0.8、0.7、0.6分别计算了啮合角的理论最小值及设计最小值,同时也求出了相应的变位系数;根据计算结果分析了Z_d及h_a~*对啮合角最小值的影响,并提出推荐采用h_a~*=0.6。用本文的方法,可以绘制封闭图及研究齿轮的基本参数,也可设计渐开线内齿轮副。

This article briefly introduces the present elnditions of the method for selecting the modification coefficient for involute internal gear pair and its application in engineering. In addition, the present conditions and the key points in designing a nonlinear inequality constraint Newton Interative Method are discussed in this paper. The results of many experiments made over a long period of time, compared with the method being used, prove that Newton Iteratine Method is much better than the method presently used, not only in convenience, easiness, swiftness and reliability, but also in availability. The prospects of what it will be dealt with in CAD is very inspiring.

本文简要介绍了渐开线内齿轮副选择变位系数方法的现状及其在工程设计中的应用。此外,还讨论了作者研制的一种非线性不等式约束牛顿选代法概况及设计要点。经过长期大量实例实践结果与现有方法比较表明,牛顿选代法无论在灵活、简便、迅速可靠性还是在有效性方面都大大地优于现有方法。它在CAD中的应用前景是十分令人鼓舞的。
