克山病区的粮食饲养大鼠,复制低硒动物模型、用浮置玻璃微电极技术,研究低硒大鼠在体心室肌细胞动作电位的变化,并与对照组进行了对比观察。结果发现低硒大鼠动作电位振幅明显降低(P<0.05),动作电位除极时限显著延长(P<0.01),而动作电位复极50%及90%的持续时间变化不显著(P>0.05)。实验结果说明低硒可明显影响大鼠心室肌细胞动作电位变化。为克山病心肌损害的病因学研究提供了重要的实验依据。

Both high (0.3 ppm) and low (0.03 ppm) selenium concentration diets were fed to weanling rats for a period of three months. The range of dietary protein levels of each concentration was from 5.3% to 13.4% The basic dietary components were corn and soybean.Experimental results revealed that different dietary protein levels influence on the availability of selenium in different ways when the dietary selenium levels are different.At low level of dietary selenium (0.03 ppm), animals of the lowest protein level group possessed the highest selenium concentration in their blood, liver, pancreas, kidney and heart tissues, but they got lower as the dietary protein level got higher. Similar trend was found for the change of glutathione peroxidase activities in blood and liver tissues. However, animals fed the high selenium (0.3 ppm) diet did not show such a trend. And in contrast, selenium seems better utilized and the Se concentration in the liver becomes higher as the level of dietary protein level gets higher. The findings are discussed in relation to the Se supplementation problem in Kcshan Disease areas.

用低硒(0.03ppm)及高硒(0.30ppm)两类饲料喂养大鼠共三月,每类饲料蛋白质水平从5.3—13.4%,饲料基本成分为玉米和黄豆,实验结果发现,在不同硒水平下,饲料蛋白质水平对机体利用硒的影响大不相同。在低硒(0.03ppm)饲料下,低蛋白组动物血及血、心、肾及胰织组中的含硒量最高,饲养蛋白质水平愈高,各组织中硒含量则显著降低。及肝组织中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力有相同趋势。在高硒(0.30ppm)饲料组则无此种趋势,相反,蛋白质水平愈高,在肝脏中的贮存愈好。文中并讨论了在我国克山病区单纯补充硒的意义。

A comparative analysis was made of the molybdenum contents in water, staple grains and hair of healthy children of 1-14 years of age in some Keshan disease (KSD) and non-KSD areas in Yunnan province. 本文对云南省都分克山病病区、非病区的水、粮食和1~14岁健康儿童头发中的钼含量进行了对比分析,结果表明非克山病区墨江县的饮水、农业用水和大米中钼的含量低于或接近克山病病区牟定、楚雄等县;非病区墨江、瑞丽、景洪县与病区牟定、楚雄县儿童头发中钼的平均含量无明显差异。因此,初步认为克山病可能不是外源性缺钼所致。
