The application of hot preservative materials is widely accepted in aeroand space-technology.Thus the property of erosion of hot preservative materials is of importance in hot preservative technology.The paper develops a method for the study of gaseous erosion and particle erosion.Results from this study agree well with expermental data.

In this paper, the equations governing the transient response of a multi-dimensional ablative thermal protection system are presented for the case of thermal non equilibrium between the pyrolysis gases and the char layer. The Polyarylacetyleene (PAA)Resin is a highly crosslinked aromatic polymer.The principle advantage is high char yield(85%~95%).For the resin synthesis a controllable,low temperature technique,prepolymer cross linked at 150 200℃ and 0.7~1.4MPa pressure. 芳基乙炔共聚物有很高的残碳率,在1000℃高温下残碳率可达85%~90%。预聚物在0.7~1.4MPa压力下,于150~200℃固化交联,固化过程中没有小分子物产生。共聚物对碳纤维有较好的粘接力,可以用缠绕、模压工艺制备固体火箭发动机的热防护构件。这是进入90年代以后国内外烧蚀材料和碳/碳复合材料领域中的重大进展。〔1~3〕。
