探讨了在海洋石油平台用电线电缆护套料的开发过程中,CSM-45/Nordel2722并用比、硫化体系、氢氧化铝,无机填料以及填料表面处理剂对阻燃电缆料性能的影响。提出了硫化体系、阻燃剂、填料以及填料表面处理剂的选择原则。经计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术分析,并经实验及实践证实:氢氧化铝用量不宜超过60质量份,填料表面处理剂宜采用硬脂酸锌。由此配合而研制开发出的产品性能满足IEC-502(1994)的要求,电缆料具有良好的可加工性,也具有一定的经济和社会效益。

The influence of rolling schedule of H beam on low temperature transverse of low carbon niobium containing steel for offshore platform was investigated. By optimizing rolling process, the strip type microstructure is improved and properties are enhanced and conformed to the specifications of Ⅱ class material of API. The research gives an important reference to controlling steel properties and developing new H beam for offshore platform.
