过去我们都依赖外国船级社给我们航海的船只勘定载重线,发给载重线证书。对于航行本国的海船更没有制定任何标准。本文介绍了干舷规则的理论。并根据理论分析及实际检验,制定了现在国内试用的航行于北洋线及南海线的基本干舷表。虽然这个基本干舷表已在试行,但仍有待一个较长时期的考验,以便修订后公布。
