In this paper, the basic reaction mechanism of ladle injection treatment of 16Mn steel for pre-ssure vessels with synthetic halogenide powder is analyzed based on principles of physical chemi-stry of metallurgy. In this paper, the basic reaction mechanism of ladle injection treatment of 16Mn steel for pre-ssure vessels with synthetic halogenide powder is analyzed based on principles of physical chemi-stry of metallurgy. The chlorine potential diagram was drawn up and the conception of selectivechlorination was proposed. The affinity order of some elements to chlorine was worked out withcomputer. Both the theoretical analysis and the lab experiment prove that the dehydrogenation ofthe steel is achieved by absorption of chloride gas bubbles produced in the ladle, which is different from the prevailing theory. The more halogenide added, the better dehydrogenation was prov-ided that the fluidity of the melted powder remains unchanged. Thus, a reasonable theory is off-ered for the industrial application of the new powder.

本文从冶金物理化学原理出发,分析了钢包喷吹卤化物合成粉剂对16Mn压力容器钢处理的基本反应过程。建立起氯势图,提出“择优氯化”的概念,用计算机算出平衡条件下各元素与氯的亲合力顺序。理论分析和实验室实验证实,钢中氢的去除是通过生成的氯盐气泡将其吸收带出的。这与以前的观点不同,只要不影响粉剂流动性,卤化物加入量越多越有利于脱氢。为工业生产合理应用这一新型粉剂提供了具有实用价值的理论依据。

The infrared emission from the high strength steel for thin-wall pres-sure vessel and from two vessel models themselves during loading has been examin-ed by use of vibro-thermography. The fatigue crack lengths observed on infraredvibro-thermogram are found to be in good agreement with that by optical measure-ment. Thus, a feasible nondestructive defect detecting test for the pressure vesselmay be suggested.

Cross shear rolling and temperature-differential rolling as well as forced cooling are suitable to straighten hot rolled clad steel plates.

在Ni-Cr不锈钢同压力容器钢复合轧制过程中,由于作为覆板的不锈钢和作为基板的压力容器钢的变形抗力不同,在常规的对称型轧机上热轧非对称型复合叠板时,将发生向变形抗力较大—侧的纵向弯曲。在随后的冷却过程中,因覆板与基板的热膨胀系数不同,上述弯曲有进一步加剧的倾向。本文对非对称型不锈钢热轧复合板材的变形行为进行了分析,并提出了纵向弯曲模型,以寻求获得平直的复合板材的最佳生产工艺。
