This paper deals with the basic problem on the identity of deformation for the embedded type of transducers. These conditions may be used as the basis for determining the initial dimensions of the main components of transducers. This paper deals with the basic problem on the identity of deformation for the embedded type of transducers. The conditions for identity of deformation under the monoaxial load, triaxial load as well as bending load are fully discussed. These conditions may be used as the basis for determining the initial dimensions of the main components of transducers. In addition, based on the further experimental investigation, a mechanical method named Conversion Stiffness Metthod (CSM) for acquiring the average stiffness of non-uniform-cross section components has been developed. CSM agrees with the principle of force transmitting theoretically and can be used for distingushing the degree of identity of deformation in practical field, thus the structure and embedded condition of the transducers can be much improved and the measuremeut accuracy can be therefore increased.

本文就埋入式传感器力学传递中的最基本问题——变形一致原理进行了论述。通过论证提出了在单轴受力、三维受力和受弯挠曲状态下的变形一致条件。这些条件能作为初步确定传感器主体构件尺寸的依据。文章还在实验的基础上,提出了一种推求变截面构件刚度平均值的力学方法,称之为“换算刚度法”。该方法在理论上符合测试传感器的力学传递原理,在实用上可以判别变形一致性的程度,从而改进传感器结构和埋设条件,达到提高测试准确性的目的。

在表面物理分析中,常采用出现电势谱特性曲线来测试材料的成份.以往主要的测试方法是运用锁相放大器直接取其出现电势谱中的慢变化信息,并输出给xy函数仪画出谱图.而APS分析仪从采样到显示,整个过程全部采用智能化自动测量方式,既提高了测试准确性,也减少了测试盲目性.本文主要介绍了该仪器的设计原理及应用.
