This paper deals with virtual human resources and the construction structure models, and analyzes the necessity of the construction of the virtual college and university faculty contingent. The author also puts forward the idea to set up a pluralistic faculty contingent in the institutions of higher learning and construct the four\|level structure frame of the virtual college and university faculty contigent, including core\|level, tradition\|level, outside core\|level and special\|level faculty contingent.
