Systematic exploration has been made on the technological performance and influening factors of the BZF-65 resin; especially on sand quality, the temperature and humidity of the environment, and the effect of the solidifying agent and the added material on its technological performance. The various types of resin have been used with good results in the production.
The synthetic method and mechanism of 750Ⅱ fast drying polyurethane solidifying agent has been established by studying the material polar equilibrium. Factors that affect solidifying effect and coating properties are disscussed. The infra - red spectroscopie analysis is adopted to analyse and demonstrate the dring of the coating.
By use of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) for analysis of the glass transition temperature, the influence of latex particle size, curing temperature and reactivity of curing agents on the curing extent of the waterborne epoxy/amine system Ⅱ have been studied.
The kinetics of cross-linking of highly plasticized polyurethanes conrtaining C = C bonds in the chain with a low-temperature dinitrile dioxide curing agent was studied by IR spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.
The possibility of preparing epoxy-silica composites using iso-methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride as curing agent was examined; the composition of the composites and conditions of their preparation were determined.
Effect of Functionality of Oligophenolic Hardener on Structural and Kinetic Features of Formation and on Properties of Epoxy-Phenolic Cross-Linked Polymers
Using these methods MDI- and TDI monomer concentrations have been determined in 55 chemical products: sealing waxes, insulating- and adhesive foam, hardener, primer, adhesives and surface coatings.
The whole female gametophyte was plated on a medium containing 50 mg/l glutamine, 500 mg/l casein hydrolysate, 3% sucrose, 2 mg/1 2,4-D, 1 mg/1 BA and 0.2% Gelrite as a solidifying agent.
Xanthan gum, a microbial desiccation-resistant polysaccharide prepared commercially by aerobic submerged fermentation from Xanthomonas campestris, has been successfully used as a solidifying agent for plant tissue culture media.
