Objective To study the advantages of Object-Responsibility Methods in community guidance to practising nurses.Methods 48 practising nurses in 2002 were randomized into three groups,before and after 4 weeks practice in community,numbers and ratios of finishing 5 standards,including family interview,independent health teaching of crowd,passing theory and skill test and full record,were compared with those of 52 practising nurses in 2001 in the conthol.Results The numbers and ratios of finishing 5 standards in 2002 practising nurses were all higher than those in the control.2002 group revealed a signifisantly better effect(P<0.01)in the above-mentioned parametors.Conclusion Object-Responsibility Methods might emphasize characteristics of department,aquire satisfactory clinical effects,and has more andvantages than other guiding methods.

目的 分析研究目标责任法在社区护生带教中的优势。方法  2 0 0 2年届护生 4 8名 ,经过 4周的社区护理实习后 ,对独立完成家庭访视、独立完成群体式健康教育全过程、基础理论及相关理论考核、护理技术操作及完整记录的完成情况进行统计 ,与 2 0 0 1年届的 5 2名护生的相关结果作比较。结果  2 0 0 2年届护生在完成人数及比率上均高于 2 0 0 1年届 ,通过比较 2 0 0 2年届显示出明显优势 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 目标责任法能突出科室特点 ,取得良好的临床效果 ,与其他带教方法相比有突出优势。

objective To train person with ability adapting to nurse requirement of the hospital and community in the 21 century. Method Two groups were cluster sampled from student nurse of the nursing specialty in our college. 40 student nurses in experiment group who were trained by 4 basic pieces of health education, 33 student nurses in the contrasting group who were trained in the practice on the community tend according to former teaching plan. Result The task of six in one community practice has finished and received the good social effect, fine rate of synthetical examination is up to 100%.The average score of the examination of on health survey, health education and family nursing in experiment group was respectively superior to contrasting group. The former were respectively 79.63± 5.71, 85.88±7.92, 82.25±7.42,and the latte were respectively 67.27±7.30,81.44±11.41,and 75.91±5.79(P<0.01). Conclusion Module Teaching on Community Practice has overcome the three difficulties of the time, space and personnel that exist in the practice teaching. It helps to bring up general making of the students of the nursing specialty and improve teaching quality of community care.

目的培养适合 2 1世纪医院和社区需求的护理人才。方法在我校普通高专护理专业学生中系统抽样 ,实验组 4 0人 ,社区护理实习按照健康评估 (包括健康调查 )、健康教育、健康指导和家庭护理四个社区实习教学模块组织教学。对照组 33人 ,按原教学计划实习。结果完成了六位一体的社区护理实习任务 ,收到了良好的社会效益 ,综合考核的优良率达 10 0 %。实验组健康调查、健康教育和家庭护理考核成绩分别为 79.6 3± 5 .71、85 .88±7.92、82 .2 5± 7.4 2 ,优于对照组 6 7.2 7± 7.30、81.4 4± 11.4 1、75 .91± 5 .79(t’值分别为 7.92 7、3.85 6、4 .0 0 4 ,各P<0 .0 1)。结论社区实习模块教学解决了普通高专护生社区护理实践教学中存在的时间、空间和人间三大难题 ,有利于培养护生的综合素质 ,改进社区护理教学。

为发展社区卫生护理服务,培养适合社区需求的高素质护理人才,通过有效地控制社区护理实习中的几个关键环节,包括明确教学目标、制定社区实习计划、建立实习基地、做好实习的知识准备和思想准备、总结评价实习效果,以提高社区护理实习的质量,提高学生对社区护理工作的认识,促进课堂理论与实践相结合,增强学生交往与沟通的能力,培养和提高学生自主学习的能力和创新能力。
