A new rapid method used in the determination of trace amount of iodide in water indirectly by mercury cold atomic absorption spectrometry is proposed. The experimental optimum conditions such as the duration of determination, quntity of reducing agent added, PH Values, etc. were stadied. A linear dependence between absorbances and concentrations was obtained within the range of iodide concentration of 0—32 PP~b. A new rapid method used in the determination of trace amount of iodide in water indirectly by mercury cold atomic absorption spectrometry is proposed. The experimental optimum conditions such as the duration of determination, quntity of reducing agent added, PH Values, etc. were stadied. A linear dependence between absorbances and concentrations was obtained within the range of iodide concentration of 0—32 PP~b. The sensitivity of the method is 2ppb and, in comparison with the conventional method, it is increased by one order of magnitude. The observed recovery is 96—112% by standard addition procedure and the average relative deviation of eigh synthetic samples is 7.7%. Ten Samples can be determined by this method within 30 minutes. The interferences of 17 anions and cations were investigated and the results showed that, except S~-, CN~- and Ag~+, no considerabls interference were observed. The proposed method can be used also, if the sampley are in a condition of slightly colored and less transparent.

本文提出了一种用汞冷原子吸收光度法间接测定水中微量碘化物的新方法。通过实验找出了影响测定的时间、还原剂用量、酸度等因素的最佳条件。方法灵敏、快速、重现性良好。碘化物的浓度在0—32pp~b范围内遵守比耳定律。灵敏度为2pp~b,比常用的碘量比色法提高十倍。标准加入法的回收率达96—112%,一个合成水样八次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差为7.7%。本法可在半小时内完成10个水样中碘化物的测定。许多常见的阳离子和阴离子不干扰测定。S~(2-)、CN~-、Ag~+有明显干扰。试样稍混浊和有色不影响本法的使用。本法扩大了测汞仪的应用范围。

Objective Find a simpler method of quickly measuring iodine im order to meet the needs of iodine measurements.Methods Semi iodine colorimetry.Results Minimum concentration determined was 0.5 mg/kg,precision experiment CV1.25% and accuracy experiment average recovery rate 101.22%.Conclusions This method is more simple and quicker,greatly improves sensitivity,prectision and accuracy of analysis in comparison with the National Standard,and applies to micro iodine measurements of all animal and plant specimens....

目的 建立一种更简便、快速测定碘酸钾盐中碘的方法 ,以适应盐碘含量检测需要。方法 半碘量比色法。结果 最低检出浓度 0 .5 mg/ kg,精密度试验 CV为 1.2 5 % ,准确度试验平均回收率 10 1.2 2 %。结论 与国标法相比大大提高了分析方法的灵敏度、精密度与准确度 ,使方法更加简便、快速。并适用于各种动植物样品微量碘的测定

目的测定碘释放器的技术性能,研究其使用方法。方法实验方法:测定碘释放器在动态水(流动、循环、置换)、静态水状态的碘初始含量、持续释放量及碘含量随时间、储水状态、释放器数量变化的关系。检验方法:碘量比色法。结果不同储水状态碘含量不同;碘释放器置入水后碘含量瞬间达到平均浓度,持续释放稳定;碘含量随储水状态、释放器数量变化而变化。结论碘含量在一定的范围内波动,具有可调控性。
