The herbaceous peat of mesic and medium—ashes is mainly used for the nutrition soil, nutrition—bowl, fuel, extracting humic acid, and made into humic fertilizer. The herbaceous peat of humus and high—ashes is mainly used for all kinds of composts, humic fertilizer and Krilium.

This paper is a quite extensive introduction of feed yeast industry, in which the nutritional value and importance of developing products of feed yeast were presented. The nutritional value of feed yeast is no lower than that of fish powder. From a longterm point of view, it is to pay great emphasis on developing feed yeast industry that is the effective way to solve the problem of feed protein shortage in our country.

本文对饲料酵母工业的现状,饲料酵母的饲养价值以及发展饲料酵母生产的重要性作了较全面的介绍。饲料酵母的饲养价值相当于鱼粉,大力发展饲料酵母工业是解决我国蛋白质饲料不足的有效途径。该文还就充分利用农、林业纤维废料、有机废液生产饲料酵母等问题提出了有关建议。

In order to study the producing of feed yeast from alcoholic distillation waste and recycling of the secondary waste water to the alcoholic fermentation, a series of experiments are designed and performed. The results show that the repeat recycling process consisting of the above mentioned subprocesses is practicable. The yield of dry feed yeast is 1.00g/100ml. In order to study the producing of feed yeast from alcoholic distillation waste and recycling of the secondary waste water to the alcoholic fermentation, a series of experiments are designed and performed. The results show that the repeat recycling process consisting of the above mentioned subprocesses is practicable. The yield of dry feed yeast is 1.00g/100ml. The organic acids in the seperated liquid from alcoholic distillation waste which are inhibitors to reproduction of alcoholic yeast, such as latic acid, butan-edioic acid, oxadic acid etc., are utilized by feed yeast as carbon resource. This makes the secondary waste water give no bacteriostasis to alcoholic yeast. And at the same time, a part of reducing suger remains in the secondary waste water which will facilititate the alcoholic fermentation. As a result, the alcoholic yield increases to some degree. Five repeat experiments show, the alcoholic contents are 10.5%, 13.4%, 11.4%, 10.5% and 11% higher respectively as compared to the reference group.

为研究乙醇废醪生产饲料酵母及二次废水回用发酵,本文设计并进行了一系列试验。结果表明,由上述两过程所组成的多次循环是可行的。干饲料酵母产量为1.00[g]/100[ml]。乙醇废醪中所含的对乙醇酵母增殖有抑制作用的有机酸,如乳酸、琥珀酸、草酸等均被饲料酵母作为碳源利用,使得二次废水对乙醇酵母无抑制作用。同时,有部分还原糖残留在二次废水中,促进酒精发酵。因而,乙醇得率有所提高。经五次连续循环,乙醇浓度与对照组比较分别提高10.5%,13.4%,11.4%,10.5%和11%。
