Two model compounds of ferrdoxins have been synthesized, whose ligands being the low molecalar weight, proteins-ribonuclease and trypsin inhibitor from mung bean. Elemental composition, ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility of these model compounds have been measured. The experimental results show that these compounds have a cluster center of 2Fe-2S(S-labile sulfur), thus they may be considered as model Compounds of plant type ferredoxins.

用小分子蛋白(核糖核酸酶和绿豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂)为配体合成了两种人工铁氧还蛋白(Fd)。测定了它们的化学组成、紫外光谱、红外光谱和磁化率。实验结果表明,这两种人工Fd都具有2Fe-2S~*(S~*代表无机硫)簇状中心,所以可作为植物型铁氧还蛋白的模型物。

A method for the determination of inorganic sulfur in FeMo-co modeling compounds is proposed.The samples are treated with bromine to oxidize the inorganic sulfur into sulfate,then the suspension solutions of barium chromate are added to produce the chromate ion equivalently.After stand for several hours,the concentrations of the chromate in clear solutions are determined photometrically and the contents of the sulfur in the samples are calculated.The organic sulfur,such as cysteine,does not interfere.The method...

本文提出测定铁钼辅基模拟物中无机硫含量的测定方法。样品用溴处理使无机硫定量氧化为硫酸根,后加铬酸钡使析出等当量铬酸根,用分光光度法测定。分析方法简易快速,精密度和准确度均优。
