In this paper, the mathematic model of induction machine with compound cage rotor is built up. Using the extended Kalman filtering, rotor resistance and leakage inductance are extended as state quantity and are identified. Based on the identified parameters, simulation studies are performed. The rotor parameters and simulation result of induction motor with compound cage rotor are compared with common induction motor. It can be showed that induction motor with compound cage rotor is of good starting performance....

首先建立了复合笼条转子异步电动机的数学模型,然后利用推广的卡尔曼滤波法,将模型中转子电阻和漏感增广为状态变量,对其进行了辨识。利用辨识得到的参数对电机的起动过程进行了仿真。将复合笼条转子感应电机的转子参数及仿真结果与普通感应电动机进行了比较,说明复合笼条转子异步电动机良好的起动性能。

The dynamic equation of induction machine with compound cage rotor is built up in d, q,0 coordinate. Based on the mathematic model, the starting performance of an induction machine with compound cage rotor is calculated by simulation and the result of simulation is consentaneous with practical result basically. Simultaneously, the effect of resister and leakage reactance to starting performance of motor is studied and some helpful conclusion is got.

本文建立了复合笼条转子感应电动机在d,q,0坐标系下的动态方程。基于建立的数学模型对一台复合笼条转子感应电动机的起动过程进行了仿真分析,仿真结果与实际结果基本吻合。同时,研究了转子磁导率和电阻率对起动性能的影响,得到了一些有益的结论。

永磁同步电动机转子内开有大量用于安装永磁体的磁槽和用于装配起动笼条的转子槽,而使转子结构趋于复杂.冲片强度受到了严重削弱,转子刚度也有所减小.另外,大功率稀土永磁同步电动机在起动和运行过程中,由于机械和电磁等原因而产生的振动非常严重.为此,对大功率异步起动稀土永磁同步电动机的振动和转子的结构强度进行了分析,并设计出了合理的转子结构.
