利用遗传算法对P-Ⅲ型分布曲线进行参数估计,论证了包括均值、离差系数和偏态系数的三参数优化方法优于只求解离差系数和偏态系数的两参数优化方法。对于含历史特大值的不连续数据序列,建议采取加权适线的曲线拟合方法。基于遗传算法M atlab工具箱设计了用于P-Ⅲ型分布参数估计和设计波浪要素推算的程序。
